The goal of Gate City Ballet & Dance Center is to provide quality pre-professional dance instruction for all ages. The dance center offers limitless opportunities and is an outlet of creativity and self-expression that will flow into all aspects of life. Our program offers superior instruction garnered to enable our students to proceed into the competitive world of the arts with a strong technical foundation. It is our primary focus to provide a safe, caring, and nurturing atmosphere for all students of all abilities to thrive and become the very best dancer they can be while keeping the passion and love of movement alive and perpetually growing. Our program is structured in such a way as to provide each student with the ability to advance on an individual basis, building confidence, self-esteem, and self-discipline. Our goal for the recreational dancer is to gain self-confidence through the physical and mental accomplishments that come from positive dance instruction. The professional background of the director and staff provides the more serious student with the knowledge and training necessary to prepare for a career in the arts.
